About us

GP (Gods People) was carved out from Big 5 4 Jesus an interdenominational gospel band in Victory Christians Ministries Oberhausen Germany; in partnership with Evangelist Markuskirchengemeinde Oberhausen.
The Oberhausener New Generation Gospel Group GP was put together 2003 by:

Chima Kenneth Eze (Dipl. Restaurant Management) presently music director of D V V (Deliverance voice of victory) VCM choir. Born in Uburu Ohaozara L.G.A. Ebonyi State.

Emmanuel Amuzie Udeh aka Biggy Smile (Music Teacher) Born in Abiriba Ohafia L.G.A. Abia state both indigenes of Federal Rep. Of Nigeria.

They came to know each other in Victory Christians Ministries; both playing in D V V & Big 5 4 Jesus respectively. Few years ago when they both came to Germany to start life new, it wasnt that easy. Things werent moving as they expected; their dream of becoming gospel singers was almost gone. After a long research of the gospel music, they came up with (NGG) New Generation Gospel, which brought about great changes in their situation, answers to all their questions, joy and peace of the Lord.

Message

The situation of youths has been of tremendous concern to us. The youths are on the streets searching for drugs. Education is now things of the past, crime and murder are signs of braveness. Brutality and disrespect has become order of the day. The youths have refused to better their future, but rather has choosing to become terror to parents, teachers, schoolmates and to the entire public. GP thought it wise if mankind could return to her MAKER solution will emerge. Bring the little ones up in the way of the Lord so when the grow up, they will not depart from it. A little advice from GP Push on pray until something happen never ever give up in anything youre doing; YOU CAN MAKE IT

Goals

Our main aim is to lift up the name of Jesus Christ in praise and worship.
Psalm 150.5&6 Praise him upon the loud cymbals praise him upon the high sounding cymbals let everything that has breath praise the Lord and to build a pathway for the astray once to trace their way back to their MAKER The I AM.

1. To lead people into the wonderful presence of God with gospel songs for in His presence there is fullness of joy.

2. To heal and to strengthen the soul spiritually and physically with songs of praise.

3. To let people understand that gospel music is not boring like some do think it is a music for every occasion.

4. To get the youths off the street into the awesome presence of the Most high.

5. To expand the gospel of Jesus Christ.

6. Above all to create joy in every soul we come in contact with.
